Our hospice care services focus on providing comfort and support to patients in the familiar surroundings of their own homes. We aim to enhance quality of life, manage symptoms effectively, and offer emotional support to both patients and their families, ensuring a peaceful and dignified environment.
Social Work
Our social worker services focus on providing holistic support to patients and families, addressing emotional, social, and practical needs. Our experienced social workers offer guidance, advocacy, and resources to navigate the complexities of illness and end-of-life care with dignity and compassion.
Chaplain Services
Our chaplain services cater to the spiritual and emotional needs of patients and their families if needed. Our dedicated chaplains offer compassionate listening, spiritual guidance, and emotional comfort, ensuring that individuals find solace and peace during their challenging times.
Who We Are?
At Solis Hospice, Inc., we are committed to providing exceptional care tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. Hospice care is delivered by a team of professionals who address the patient’s needs on medical, physical, emotional and spiritual levels. The team consists of patient’s attending physician, hospice medical director, registered nurses, LVNs, home health aides, social worker, chaplain and trained volunteers.
