At Solis Hospice, Inc., we are committed to providing exceptional care tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. Hospice care is delivered by a team of professionals who address the patient’s needs on medical, physical, emotional and spiritual levels. The team consists of patient’s attending physician, hospice medical director, registered nurses, LVNs, home health aides, social worker, chaplain and trained volunteers.
